As a Premium Service Partner, you can now rely on mobile support when processing NordCap service orders.
With our free ServiceApp or the NordCap Service Portal, both the on-site technician and the dispatcher are directly connected to the NordCap service department.
The technician on site uses the app on his mobile device, while the planning scheduler can keep an overview of all orders via a browser.

Order overview
Appointments made easy: With the NordCap ServiceApp you can see at any time the status of your individual service orders and which technician is currently working where. This makes it easier for you to plan appointments.
The dispatcher can view an order via the browser view of the portal, set the planned date and assign the desired technician. By assigning the technician, he receives the order directly in his app and is informed about processes with push notifications (and if necessary by email).

If the product in need of repair has already been worked on before, you will find information on the date, symptoms, problem code and solution in the app. The same applies to any components that have already been replaced. With the NordCap ServiceApp you can solve the problem faster.
Chat function
Messages can be sent to everyone involved in the process via the chat window.
These are usually the technician on site, the dispatcher in the company (use of the portal via a browser) and the responsible NordCap service employee. In this way, the people involved are always on the same level of information.
In addition to the classic typing of messages, the chat function also offers the option of sending voice messages and - very importantly - photos and videos. For example, if necessary, a NordCap service employee can be consulted quickly and easily on site.
Navigation - the app knows where to go
The contact details of the local contact person are available in the ServiceApp and the contact person can be called directly from the app!
The app knows the way: With the stored address you can start navigation directly via Google Maps.
The NordCap Service Portal consists of two components:
• Web portal for the browser - login as a dispatcher in the company or as a technician
• App for smartphone - login as a technician
